For the longest time, I believed that self-sufficiency was my superpower. I told myself:

"I’m a great coach. I don’t need anyone else. Nobody’s going to hold me the way I hold me."

I was convinced that if I just pushed hard enough, showed up strong enough, I could be my own soft place to land.

But I was wrong.

Because then the moment came—the moment when I couldn’t hold myself.

When grief, burnout, heartbreak, or sheer exhaustion made it impossible to keep going.

And in that moment, I had to ask myself:

"If I can’t hold myself right now... who is?"
