Diamando Stratakos wears the label of a ‘warrior goddess’ with pride, and it's not just a fancy title; it defines her approach to coaching and life. Growing up as a first-generation Greek-American, she quickly realized that the traditional measures of success—financial wealth, prestigious careers, and eventually marriage—were not the true compass of her soul.
Her spirit craved something different—freedom, creativity, and the courage to listen to the whisper of my own heart.
Throughout her life, she has been blessed with diverse experiences that have shaped her. She has gathered many certifications and skills along the way, placing each new tool into her metaphorical belt, so she can whip the right thing out when collaborating with others.

Her background in International Relations seamlessly merges with her dedication to holistic practices, creating a tapestry of resilience, healing, and hope through herbalism. Returning to her ancestral lands in Sparta, Deema embraces the dolce vita lifestyle of the Mediterranean while nurturing the connection between people and the land.
Through AlkamiCare's online journal and seasonal retreats, Deema cultivates intentionality and fosters deep connections, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the rhythms of nature and the warmth of community. Partnering with local agricultural, gastronomic, and slow living businesses, she celebrates the craftsmanship and traditions that define Greece's cultural landscape.
