How Much Energy Does It Really Take to Fix That Email?

It’s more than you’d think. I’m not going to sugar-coat or greenwash this situation. AI uses a lot of energy. I debate the ethics of using AI for business and content on an almost daily basis. But the technology isn’t going anywhere, and it’s important that those of us who care are part of the conversation.

My signature methods are centered on finding ways to use the tech more intentionally and efficiently. I build and suggest practices that are designed to have you doing most of the work away from a computer screen.

My question to you is, would you rather learn about AI from someone who wants it to be better for the planet and the people living on it, or from someone who doesn’t care enough to mention it?

The AI Elephant in the Room?

AI isn’t perfect—that’s why intentionality is key. I’m about recognizing biases, actively questioning the output, and using AI as a tool to amplify diverse perspectives—not replace them. AI can be powerful, but it’s still on us to ensure it’s being used responsibly and with inclusivity in mind.

What if I don’t identify as female?

This space is fully inclusive and welcomes all identities. When I speak about "feminine energy," I’m referring to qualities like intuition, creativity, compassion, and the freedom to express yourself in non-linear ways.

This doesn’t mean ignoring masculine energy. Instead, it’s about allowing ourselves to access both energies, breaking free from the traditional conditioning that limits us. You don’t need to identify as female to thrive here—this space is for anyone who resonates with these values and wants to create content and connections in a way that feels intentional.

How Much Access Do I Get to You?

I’ll always be present at the monthly co-working sessions. Outside of that space, you’ll always have a way to connect with the community. I’ll set up a space (not a Facebook group) where members can chat, share ideas, and support each other in real time. While I may occasionally chime in with insights or guidance, the focus will be on fostering collaboration and mutual support among members.

For more personalized attention, Vault members will have exclusive opportunities to work with me more closely, whether in a small group setting, 1:1, or on retreat in Greece.

The Vault isn’t a full-on coaching membership, but it’s intentionally structured to give you the tools, support, and strategic touch-points you need to thrive.
