The Pattern Interruptor-- Scroll Stopping Posts Designed to Promote a Service or Offer with Ease
Audio and video versions both available below.
In part 1 this live workshop, I show you why AI prompts work at their best when you pair them with storytelling prompts, and I demonstrate the first prompt live using Becky, a nurturing public speaking coach, as the example.
We use my three-part storytelling framework—“crying on the bathroom floor,” “evil villains,” and “happily ever after”—to clarify her client’s struggle with fear of public speaking, identify internal villains like pressure, comparison, and perfection, and articulate the transformation that happens through new tools, practice, and internal safety.
Then I paste the transcript into Claude in incognito mode to show how the “pattern interrupter” prompt generates five different scroll-stopping post styles, and I walk through my quick editing approach (reading aloud, removing AI-isms, and pulling the best hook to the top) plus ways to repurpose the same message across formats.
